AREA AND CITY DATA: The City of Warrenton enjoys a very good east Missouri regional location, with this community situated only approximately 20 miles weest of the outlying St. Louis suburb of OFallon directly on Interstate 70, and at the center of Warren County. The other main traffic artery in the area that provides direct access to the subject community is the north/south corridor of State Highway 47, providing direct frontage to the subject property and intersection I-70 immediately south. Other major traffic arteries in close proximity to the general subject area are all of the various corridors that connect the greater St. Louis area east of the subject, including US Highway 61/40 at the Wentzville I-70 exit, and Interstates 270, 44, and 55, further east toward the St. Louis metropolitan area.
