Development Plan
Belleville Park Resort will encompass 220 - 5 star Fractional Ownership suites and are to be sold on timeshare
basis and/or 1⁄4 interest basis. The suites will average 1,040 square feet in size. The hotel/resort will include a
wide mix of sizes and views of the Harbor, Olympic Mountains and the city.
The re-development of the site will be completed in four phases, and will preserve and enhance the present
heritage structures. A portion of the existing Huntington Hotel, as well as the Gatsby Mansion Hotel &
Restaurant can be kept in operation during Phase 1 and 2, to provide on-site guest accommodation for prospective
purchasers of Belleville Park Vacation Ownership units.
The new facility will offer meeting rooms, wedding facilities, Spa and Fitness Centre, family pool, water feature,
premium and family restaurants, concierge service, Porte cochere entrances, secure underground parking and
complimentary retail facilities.
The appraised value of the proposed facility and site is $220,000,000.
The price for the current facility including all licenses, assets, equipment, xtures and goodwill is $21,000,000
