The hotel has all the necessary documents and permits, so once the prospective new owner purchases it, they will be able to start using it and welcome tourists and guests.
The town itself has all the necessary facilities: some shops, cafes, regular bus service to and from Bourgas, restaurants, and a post office. The town is also only 4 km to the south of another popular holiday destination - the town of Primorsko.
