The 3 Stars Beach Hotel is situated at La Balise, Black River on the western coast of the Rep of Mauritius and is registered under the law and operates under the name of Island Sport Club Hotel
It is from 55 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from the commercial center of Quatre Bornes and 50 minutes from Port Louis.
The western coast where is situated the hotel has always been the center of International Big Game Fishing where worldwide competitions are organized. Black River is also known as the last traditional existing fishermen village.

The hotel has been built on a plot of land of 2.80 Acres or 11,380 M2 and has one side bounded by 67 meters open directly on the sea.

Hotel Island Sport Club has also a Development Certificate from the Ministry of Tourism since 1994 to construct 30 Additional Rooms.

Hotel Island Sport Club is a beach hotel built in a tropical garden planted with coconuts trees and is classified as 3 Stars Category and sells internationally by British and French Tours Operators. But in Austria and in Australia the hotel is classified as 4 Stars Category.

Hotel Island Sport Club appears the brochures of most Tours Operators of the World.
The hotel has two categories of rooms:- Standard Rooms and Superior Rooms,.
The two categories offer the same facilities but rooms of the Superior Category are spacious and have Sea View and those of Standard have garden and mountain view.
Tariff
The tariffs in force in Mauritius for Three Stars Hotel vary from hotel to hotel and will be Mauritian Rupees 10,000/- in High Season and Mauritian Rupees 8,000/- in Low Season per Room with double occupancy.
Hotel Occupation
Actually approx. 8% to 10% of rooms are occupied daily and under the new management we expect to reach at least the target of 80% to 100%.

Actually the hotel is manage by Non-Skill-Personnel administration as well as well all employees and as soon as we will take over, the hotel will be manage by myself and my son Mr Marie-Gérard Didier Louis a graduate who holds a BSc in Tourism & Hotel Management he is now completing his part time MSc in the same field and who is now working as manager in a top private tourism company in Mauritius.

[3] The Investor would only have to find Clients to fill these rooms either by himself or with the help of any travel Agency and will begin to have his investment and his profit back directly in his own country.
