Golden Tulip Launches New Central Reservation System
Amersfoort, 15 October 2003 – Golden Tulip is proud to announce the launch of its new central reservation system Goldres II. The new reservation processes will be powered by the latest Rezview® CRS software from Pegasus Solutions Inc., which enables an enhanced connectivity level, called next-generation seamless technology.
Goldres II further increases interfacing capabilities to Property Management Systems (PMS) systems and provides cutting edge reporting and yield management information. To enforce the commercial alliance between Golden Tulip and TOP International Hotels, the existing Goldres and Toprez reservation systems will merge into Goldres II in November 2003.
Furthermore, Golden Tulip has installed a new multi-language module to now offer its franchise hotels individual hotel websites in 17 different languages, including Japanese and Russian. At the end of 2003, approximately eighty Golden Tulip and Tulip Inn hotels will feature individual hotel websites with the latest online booking facilities of Goldres II.
