The prestigious Preferred Achievement Award was presented last month at the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide annual meeting, which took place at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows in Hawaii.
Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide presents top hospitality honors to a selection of high-caliber hotels within its membership. To receive the Hotels of the Year Award for Service, the property must achieve a high score during an official, unannounced quality assurance inspection. These annual inspections are a component of Preferred’s Stands of Excellence Program, an award-winning, proprietary quality assurance program that evaluates 1,600 aspects of a hotel’s facilities and service delivery. In all, the top 10 scorers earn a Preferred Achievement Award.
